Dear Ajit, MBA from distance isn't so valuable it hardly adds value to your current qualifications, and MBA-Executive is so valuable as it adds value as well after MBA -executive you can expect salary hike of 25-30%. so my suggestion is you should go for MBA-executive you have required number of exp
