Executive MS in manipal university ( pros and cons )

I wud like to know the pros and cons of the below mentioned executive MS programs from manipal university, check below link http://www.executiveprograms.manipal.edu/ IS that AICTE approved course.?? or is it having any scope. will we be able to do the Phd after this MS..??
