Exemptions in C.S (Company Secretary)

I will be a graduate by next month. I am planning to do Corporate Law (LLB) and then Co. Secretary. Since I will be a graduate I wont have to appear for the Foundation Course and IF I DO C.S(Co. SECRETARY) AFTER CORPORATE LAW (LLB) WHAT ARE THE EXEMPTIONS AVAILABLE ??? Please guide on exmpemtion

Hi Aasim, Sorry, there is no exemption for students having LLB degree in Corporate Law; it is only for students who have done ICWAI that too for few of the papers. Hope this resolves your query. Feel free to put up more queries In case your query is resolved please close this question by choosing
