Expected salary after doing B.tech by IT branch?

Currently I'm in class 11th having Science stream. After 12th, I'm interested in doing B.tech by IT branch. I wanna know how much minimum salary will I surely get after that. Also if I do MBA after that, how much will my salary be increased?
