Expert advice Please! recognised universities offering one-sitting for BA/BCOM. I met with an accident and lost 10 precious years!

I would like to know about any ugc recognised universities offering one-sitting for BA/BCOM. I came accross Periyar university and Rayalseema university. Can I go ahead with either of them. Will I be eligibile to appear for competitive exams such as Railways/Bank/UPSC?
