failed bsc comp sci.interested very much in computers. very good in commerce too. redo my bsc or go for commerce ?

i really want to pursue computers. although last year when i appeared for enterances in bba etc. i topped all the enterance . so im confused. i was wondering if i continue my bsc if im eligible for the dual qualification of IIHT.http://www.iiht.com/Content/dual-qualification.html

At this instant, I will not suggest you to repeat your 1 year. But if you can manage to get an admission in commerce (as you are already having an interest), go for it.
