Failed In Second Pu(pcme) Can One Get Into Bits Pilani taking Supllementary exam and by doing well in bitsat entrance ?

normally admissions are given even without having final results and its also a same kind of condition but admission is given on temporary basis and no refund is possible if you failed in exam i.e. supplementary in this condition.
