Fee funding for phd for gre score of 295

Hi, I am getting near about 295 score in gre as i am working. so bcoz of my busy schedule i am not getting time. I am worried can i get admission in phd in U.S?Also i have to study under full funding as i am suffering economically.kindly guide me.also send me name of such universities at 290 score
