There is no doubt about pilots being paid highly but the real question here is the job security that every employee considers before working. Considering the recent incident of 650 Air India pilots being sacked by the Civil Aviation Ministry of GOI, under the Industrial Disputes Act, seems to have planted a sufficient seed of doubt in every aspirants aspiring to become a pilot.

There have been a lot of initiatives taken to improvise the operating system in airlines. There was economic meltdown but now things are changing, a lot of m-oney is being pumped in the industry so that we can tap investors as well.

Yes, As we know most of the aviation industry facing financial meltdown, Hike in fuel price may be the primary issue followed by many other environmental issues, and it will be larger in coming years and feel it will create a negative impact not only in students but on investors as well as, we need to wait and watch. With the hike in aviation fuel prices and a meltdown in financial sector and Already with the fall of Kingfisher Airlines, one of the finest domestic players, traffic has come to a halt. The pilots are getting salaries either late or after deductions. This is creating a negative image in the minds of students aspiring to make their career in aviation industry.
