fees for NRI students

In higher studies, i am talking about professional degrees like B.E or B.TECH , then again there is a different fee structure for NRI vs Indian citizen. the fee remains close (if not equal).If you get OCI then you will be considered as an indian and will pay the same fees as a resident indian until
