Hello Sneha, the fee per semester for B.Sc. Agriculture is 1,20,000 Rs. But you don't have to pay this amount if you get a scholarship. LPU offers a wide range of scholarships and financial aids that the actual fee gets reduced. I am here giving you a list of scholarships and financial aids, you can SEE for yourself what suits you the best. In a bid to owe the social responsibility towards the needy, the LPU offers a range of scholarships to the needy. You do not have to apply for a scholarship every time you pay the fee. What you get at the time of admission, continues till the course is over. However, the criteria is different for those who have sought admission through sports quota, board toppers and performing arts. If you are a board topper and someone from sports category and extra curricular performance category, you will have to either maintain a CGPA or keep performing in sports or extracurricular activities as the case may be. Otherwise if you have got scholarship through LPU NEST then you are not bound to maintain your academic or sports performance. There are other scholarships the university offers. I am a student of LPU and I am living in the hostel. My roommate is pursuing Bachelors in agriculture. She is saying B.Sc. Agriculture is an amazing course. This is 4-year programme in which student get knowledge about genetic and plant breeding, Agriculture, soil sciences and plant pathology etc. It also gives information to grow plants with the help of modern technology. ACHIEVEMENTS: students of LPU have been awarded the Chatarpati Shahu Maharaj National Research Fellows award, Padua Excellence fellowship from University of Padua, Italy and Research Fellowship worth US$ 500 per month from AVRC, Taiwan. Along with this, a student is selected for the University of Mississippi, USA with full scholarship of approximately 1.5 crores. A student got a Padua Excellence fellowship from University of Padua, Italy. LPU IS the largest PLACEMENT NETWORK! Hi Sneha, Fees at LPU completely depends upon student's calibur, As LPU offers huge scholarship. Fees per semester is 98,000 INR (Without Scholarship). Few of the major scholarships offered by LPU are : 1. Previous marks (last two) 2. LPUNEST 3. Sports, Co-curricular activities 4. Defence 5. COVID-19 Frontline Scholarship B.Sc Agriculture is one of the most booming course these days, LPU is the first university to get the ICAR accreditation for agriculture courses.
