    Hi,
    As per my understanding of your query, your staff members can try hands with National Institute of Open Schooling, which is recognised by the Central Government is equivallent to any other board of education.
    Also indivuduals from NIOS are definitely eligible to write any entrance exam and opt for their field of interest.
