Finishd my 9th(CBSE) in UAE, done my 10,11 n 12(State Board) in Ind on private basis , is ther any chance go get admission in UAE Colleges ?

I'v got 75% in 12, n over all of 64% (i.e 11 n 12 together ) I haven't taken any entrance tests ! The problem is i dont have T.C, coz i'v done my 10,11 n 12th on a private basis , i just have my 9th T.C, is it possible to join any colleges in UAE ? If yes what should i do n which college is afford
