Finished AME, working in Engg Service- Aerospace.Wish a career in the same.Which course to pursue for better future.Looking for a bachelors.

I had finished AME, working in Engginering service-Aerospace sector.I would like to do a bachelor degree which will keep me in a good hold in the current field.I am confused to go for MBA or BE. If BE, which course would be advisable for me to be in this field.need a corresspondence course.
