Most of the colleges who offers M.Sc in food technology select students on the basis of performance in a relevant entrance test. Some colleges select students on basis of marks in graduation, while some conduct their own entrance tests. Some of the entrance tests are GATE, AIJEE, JEE, IIS, CFTRI etc
