For 164373 OBC-NCL rank in JEE, are there any chances of me getting into any NITs, IIITs or any good colleges for ECE, EEE streams?

I've got 62.0794103 NTA score. I'm from Telangana and want to know the cut-off marks of NITs and IIITs of other states.
