For a +2 student, the course duration is 6 semester i.e. 3-year but all the other institutes that are AICTE approved have 8 semesters. Why?

Hi, A normal Bachelor's degree, Graduation course is generally of 3 years. But courses which are professional may differ from 3 years to 4 years (6 to 8 seems). Kindly mention if you have any doubts on specific course.
