For a dental college having the affiliation of DCI but not having the recognigation of Minisistry of Health and Welfare, is that college OK?

I passed HS ,now I want to take admission in Rungta College of dental science in Chattisgarh, this college is DCI approved and having Mds in all branches, but not having the recognization of Ministry of Health and Welfare, does the recognization of Ministry of health and Welfare is nessecary?
