For a Linux kernel or device driver developer career do we need RHCE certification?
I am a B.E(ECE) graduate and interested to make my career as linux kernel or device driver developer. For this do I need RHCE certification? Can u also please suggest me what should I do to get into this job?

No not RHCE only . For development You have to reach the highest level of certification starting from RHCE .
