For a third year student in 6th semester,when is the right time to appear for GRE to apply for Fall 2014 courses?

The GRE score stands for five years. Right now you are in the final semester of third year. I think this is the right time for you to start preparing for GRE. This way even if you have to repeat the exam to better your score you will have ample time.
