5 years agoHi Hitendu, As per Bar council guidelines : Only a person who has done a full time LL.B. Is recognised to be eligible to practice law in India. There are colleges, which promises to allow students to complete their LL.B. Course through distance mode. However, such courses or arrangements are completely illegal and one should not fall for such traps. Secondly there is no Diploma course Valid. There are B.A. LL.B. / BBA LL.B. / B.Com LL.B. - 5 years Degree course (after 10+2)
LLB - 3 years Course (If you are Graduate). .
