Hi Virat,
If you have experience it's well and good as it counts during your Placements. If you don't have experience also that's fine but you need to take up some certification courses as well as you need to be very active in your extra curricular activities which will help you to develop leadership skills. Also, try to get good internship during your summer vacations. -
