Hi Virat, If you have experience it's well and good as it counts during your Placements. If you don't have experience also that's fine but you need to take up some certification courses as well as you need to be very active in your extra curricular activities which will help you to develop leadersh

you are confudent on it.there is no any type of exprience is required....I do reserch in in on Google ..and found that all student coming in iisc for management they have industriale exprience is exist
