    from your comment it sounds that you are very down. As I have understood you want to prepare for AIPMT. This time I suggest you that you gave the exam to understood the pattern and set of questions asked. After this you can drop for a year and prepare thoroughly and clear AIPMT 2013 with excellent marks.
