For B.Tech CS 4-years, the curriculum of Thapar and IIT will be the same or entirely different. Please explain?

    See, the curriculum of almost all the colleges of same course is same and you won't find any major difference in the curriculum. The main thing that matters the most is the skills through which you will get the job and the companies that visit the college that will provide you the quality in the placements.

    Hello,
    Syllabus for different branches of Engineering is not same across all the colleges in India. However the syllabus for each branch will be same in all colleges in one university. This is so since it is the university and its board of studies that finally approve the syllabus for different courses for which University Grants degrees. It is for this reason that when a college is declared as deemed university or it has given some special status based on its past performance then this deemed university or this college is authorised to have its own syllabus. I hope I have explained to you the whole scenario.
