For B.Tech CS in JIT Noida or Thapar or CU, please rate these colleges as 1,2,3. Can I get them with a JEE rank of 38886?

Hello Hartej,
On the basis of placements and overall parameters I will rate Thapar University at 1st and JIIT, Noida at 2nd and then CU. However, as per your JEE rank your chances are slim to get CSE at Thapar University so I will suggest you to go for JIIT Noida.
