For B.Tech students its compulsory to carry a lap top as there would be multiple of project and assignment task where you would require a laptop. You can go for any calibrated set with major software elements in it. You are advised to go for any laptop of dell, Acer or HP, etc. As per your budget but according to me minimum it should have 8 GB RAM,1 TB hard disk, a better graphics card and other important hardware. -

Hello, You can buy laptop for CSE then you can buy laptop of any good brand like ACER, dell etc. As per your choice. You can buy the laptops inside the university also with very reasonable cost and discounts too. There are Authentic showrooms of dell, lenovo and other brands in university mall.
