For commerce courses, should I prefer lower rank colleges of DU or top rank colleges of IP University?

For commerce courses, you can prefer any of the colleges under both the universities, whether Delhi University or IP University. But if you want to specifically go for commerce courses, you can go for Delhi University, as Delhi University basically provides commerce courses and IP university provides professional courses. So you can go for Delhi University.
