For CS (AI & Machine learning) out of R.V College, PES, UPES, Bennett and MIT which college is the best option?

UPES is going to introduce its new branch i.e. CS in machine learning. So it will be good if you want to go for ML.
RV College is also good.
But if you want specialisation, then you should choose UPES. -
