    BITS Goa is better as compared to IIT Bhubaneswar as IIT Bhubaneswar is relatively new and facilities are not so developed there.

    Hi Thulasi, both the colleges are renowned institutions of engineering. BITS Pilani has computer science and engineering as their flagship course and it is at par with certain old IITs like Delhi, Kanpur or Bombay. However, that's not the same case with IIT, Bhubaneswar. However, IIT Bhubaneswar is also a good institute for academics and placements there are also enhancing year on year. If you want an IIT tag, you can go for it, otherwise, BITS Pilani is the place to be for CSE. The kind of flexibility, opportunity, campus life and learning you'll get at BITS Pilani is incomparable.
