    yes you can go with MSC , but try to main concentration also in research because Biotech or microbiology or chemistry research type field and there is need to do good research and always ready to invent new in this line then you can make bright future , try to write articles on your subjects or any topic it help you to get good job or also help to get admission in Ph.D. if you are willing to go for higher study , you can prepare for NET side by side
