For Diploma holder is it necessary to give lateral entrance exam to get admission in Jabalpur Engineering College?

And also it is necessary to be the domicile of Madhya Pradesh or not? As I am domicile of UP? Also, I have not given any MPPET exam.

    No entrance exam is required and you are from another state so you don't need a domicile of Madhya Pradesh.
