No, AME is offered by private institutes approved by DGCA and normally offered to engineering graduates

NO IT IS NOT U MAY GO FOR DIRECT ADMISSION TOO. BUT U SHOULD FULFILL THE ADMISSION REQUIREMENTS OF THE RESPECTIVE COLLEGE.
