For doing MS, is GRE required at all or just TOEFL wud suffice?

I saw that many universitties in their eligibility list mentioned GRE & TOEFL or mostly just TOEFL. So am thinking for MS,I shud concentrate more on TOEFL or just TOEFL wud be enough?
