for doing PHD in a reputed univ in US will an MS from a not so reputed univ in US be preferred over an MS from a good univ from Germany? Which of the following will be in a position of getting aerospace jobs in US:-MS & PHD from not so reputed univ in US or MS from Germany and phd from US univ ?
