Dear Shraddha..
Many Big Fashion Designing institutes intake students after class 12th i.e. only after completong your HSC u can opt for fashion designing..
now d ans 2 ur question is.. u can complete ur hsc in any fields,.. Obviously arts and commerce are all tym preferable den science stream..
