for getting a high salary in a pharmacompany which course is more suitable after b.pharm? m.pharm or MBA?

i'm student of b.pharm 3rd sem. i wanna create my own p'ceutical company...bt first i wanna do job in a p'ceutical compant itself so tht i'ld get some experience,social contacts,financial support n knowledge about how a company runs.i want a job tht 'ld b able to give me all tht i need.....thnx

    Hi, in my opinion, after the successful completion of B.Pharm, there are many options available in the education hub in India.
    You may go for M.Pharma & then PhD in a specific field of interest, or M.SC. or Professional Diploma In Clinical Research. Apart from general MBA you may even go for MBA in Pharma Management if you want to enter the field of management. There is a boom in this sector with handsome salary package.
