The GATE exam is conducted over multiple days, typically spanning two to three weekends in February. This year, IIT Roorkee is the organising institute and has scheduled the GATE exam on February 1, 2, 15, and 16, 2025. The exact number of days depends on the total number of papers. Each day usually features multiple sessions- Morning (9:30 am to 12:30 pm) and Afternoon (2:30 pm to 5:30 pm) acorss different parts of the state ensuring smooth conduct of the exam in all disciplines.
