does private institutions have obligation to accept candidates with UGC NET score as lecturers? if yes do they have to pay UGC pay scale?

Hi, 1. U.G.C NET is valid for lifetime lectureship. 2. It is not an obligation to have U.G.C NET for working in private organizations however preferable since if you work in an U.G.C recognized university then your pay scale would be as per U.G.C norms. Found this useful? Click on the thumbs up
