Number of years on the Visa completely depends on the interviewing officer, he/she might give you 2yrs, 3 yrs or 5 yrs...
$17500 is for the course of 2 years which includes your tuition fee, books, laptop and other fees...your tuition fee is $400 per credit x 36 credits (to complete your master's) =

Hi,
You have mentioned 17500 including books, fee and laptop. Does that mean that the university will provide a laptop?
