For JoSAA special round.
Sir, if I got a seat in 7th round of JoSAA counseling after joining allotted college may I go JoSAA special round? And if I am not getting seat in special round, last allotted seat I. e, 7 th round seat exists or not?

After getting college in 7th round then also you can go for special / CSAB rounds. If you don't get any seat then your last seat will be there for you.
