Hey! I am an alumnus of s p jain global and pursued my masters in global business. You don't require work experience for that. Also since you mentioned you wanted some exposure this college would be a perfect fit as they have a tri city model wherein you are sent to a new campus every 4 months.

Yes there are a few masters programs you can take up wherein you can apply without work experience. You can check for the institutes online. Do mention about your work experience and other details.

Since you have one year experience and you don't have a lot of time I suggest you go for a masters program in management. Mostly these courses do not require work experience.

Unfortunately most of the good bschools require work experience. It is a part of the eligibility criteria. Why don't you work for a while and gain some experience. Whats the hurry? In fact if you work for a few more years you may even have some more clarity as to which MBA specialization would be good for you.

    Hi everyone,
I have been working for a bank since a year now and want to study further. I am keen on taking up management studies. I have always been studying in the school or college nearby my area so I am hoping to explore a new place for some exposure. So I have finally convinced my parents to let me go abroad and pursue my education. While researching for MBA colleges I realized that all MBA programmes require at least 3 – 4 years of work experience. Is there anyone who can suggest some MBA institutes abroad which does not have this criteria?

Hello There, currently the vacancies are over for all the AICTE approved full time colleges.so the best suggestion for you would be to get ready for next year and this is the time all MBA admission will be open as 2014 seats are closed. however, you can reach me via email at sachin.isttm@gmail.com for any better recommendations and any assistance. thank you.
