    Hi,
Only graduation degree is required to do the MBA correspondence, no need for work experience. Normal MBA without work experience would be of 2 years but yes, if you have work experience of 3 years, then you can do executive MBA which is of just one year. There are many college which provide correspondence executive MBA.

It is not necessary to have work experience for admission to MBA but if you have some work experience in the managerial section, it will be beneficial for you.

Ideally, it is 36 months and the company should be MNC, then both the things will lead you to the best B school of India. The experience should be more than a year then only it is countable otherwise you're considered as a fresher only. Take a nice decision if you really want to go for MBA. Hope, this will help you a bit. Let me know if you need more details.
