Hello, Both are pretty renowned. I would suggest, you ask the current and/or ex-students of these classes for more valuable insights. From what I've heard, the study material provided by TIME is pretty exhaustive and valuable.

I don't know IMS, but I know about times coaching. It is a very good coaching and have good faculty and provides good study material.
