For MBA I have two options LPU and Amity, which one should I opt?

On the basis of feedback received from my cousin's daughter, LPIU is more proffered than any other institute. MBA is a flagship programme of LPU, with many specializations and one coveted MBA Hons programme, is one of the most sought after university for MBA. LPU is ranked 19th in India's Leading Top 50 B-Schools by India Business Journal. Ministry of Human Resource Government of India Ranked Lovely Professional University No. 2 in India in Management (Outreach and Inclusivity). In addition to this, MBA is ACBSP Accredited which relates that the curriculum is that of international standards. LPU offers three types of MBA I. e. 1. Normal MBA (six trimesters) with specialisations as Marketing, Finance and HR 2. Specialised MBA I. e MBA (Financial Markets), MBA (Supply Chain), MBA (International Business), MBA (HHM), MBA (Business Analytics) and MBA (Tourism and Hospitality) 3. MBA (Hons) which is a purely residential programme. If any student who has completed his/her Chartered Accountant, he has the option of doing MBA in Corporate Affairs, Corporate Audit and Tax Management or Cost Management and Financial Analysis. Apart from the above, LPU offers Credit transfer programme to the students wherein they get benefitted by studying in LPU for 1 year and another 1 year abroad which fulfils the dreams of the student as well. The student who acquired MBA degree from LPU gets the option to appear in the interview for the big brands such as Colgate Palmolive, Hindustan Unilever, Godrej Consumer, SAP Labs, Asian Paints, Bajaj Allianz, CEAT, Khimji Ramdas, Ernst and Young, Flipkart, Federal, Moody Analytics, ITC, Practo, Redington and many more with the higher package. To assist the students for better placement, LPU has embedded the current news as one of the parameter in continuous assessment. Personality development classes are at conducted from day 1 to make the students more confident and give them the practice. I personally feel that if you want to get exposure, placement, expert views of various industrialists, LPU is the right place.

I can say LPU is best University for pursing MBA, I have done MBA from LPU itself and my experience at LPU was amazing, It provides for multiple industrial exposures, live projects, an updated curriculum rigor and technology along with very good placements and personality development. In today's era, Every student aspires to get a degree from the best B-schools. And in India, there are also many colleges that can help in bridging the gap of transforming the students into professionals. The B-School of the university has ACBSP accreditation. The university is having tie-ups with many foreign universities and reputed companies thus facilitating higher education abroad and good placements respectively for their students. MBA is a well-known programme at LPU. You can go for an integrated course here, as well. Faculty in our department is well-experienced and have expert knowledge who work on our skill enhancement. There are lots of career opportunities after MBA in different areas. The university has shown its commitment to teaching excellence and to the process of quality improvement by participating in the accreditation process. The university also gives us the opportunity to get real-life exposure through various training programs and an internship, which is mandatory for all. Professors go for value-based education which is something we as professionals would require in our career. Guest lectures by experts and some really successful people are arranged by our department to widen our scope of learning. As far as LPU placements are concerned, you need not worry about it. Many of my known seniors are placed in huge and reputed companies in different cities and some are placed abroad, too. The starting package for MBA graduates is one of the best at LPU as compared to any other private university. Minimum package starting from 3.5L p. a and maximum can go as far as you can hope for and also according to your potential and talent. There are plenty of career opportunities after MBA in different sectors of industries like Banking and Finance, Investment Banking, multinationals, foreign banks, public sector undertakings, in effect the whole corporate sector offer bright opportunities to management graduates. They give you a very good amount of training before you go into campus placements. Try not to miss those classes they will help you in getting better placements, after all, all we need is a decent place with good exposure. Thank you!

It depends upon your preferences. LPU is full of people of different cultures so urbanization is less. Moreover, in Amity, the diversity is less and hence the large the people from same background. The NIRF rankings for LPU management school overall India is 38 whereas for Amity is 48. The average package from LPU is around 5-6 Lacs while from Amity is 6-7 Lacs. The fee in LPU is half the fee in Amity. Here are all the factors which will help you taking the wise decision "according to your preference".

You should go to Amity University for MBA. Unlike other universities, norms are strict here, establishing an organized manner in your personality. Right from extracurricular activities to academic activities. You can expect support from your guides/mentors.

But in the case of placements and opportunities, lovely professional University is leading.
