for mba, which is good college in jaipur dat provide IT HR ?. i have done B.tech in CSE.(70%) n got 60% in mat ?

i would like to knw the good mba colege in jaipur ma academic rec. 10-84%, 12- 78% btech- 70% and also want to knw in which specialization i can do mba (other IT and hr ) . and wats the diff. between pgdm and mba . wat is good for me
