For PGDM in finance and HRM which college is better Jaipuria Noida or IMS Ghaziabad or Asian Pacific Institute of Management?

Average decent you can say but for finance HRM, I would suggest you to go for better options. These are good for sales job profile mainly.Try to avoid consultancy, NGOs and check the reality as you have chosen finance (probably core finance job is your dream, not financial sales) and HR, these two sector score or domain job is not widely availed in the market. In our NCR based college, the placement officer foisted many HR and finance guy in financial sales or retail hardcore sales. So be clever before investment as if you have seen a student has been placed in famous AXZ bank worth 3.6 L then check his profile whether it is commercial bank manager or salesperson relationship manager or sales profile business development manager. Try to get 97 onwards in MAT to get the Xaverian group colleges like XIME-Bangalore, XIB, XISS-Ranchi (for HR), NIBM-Pune, XIME-Kochi. Also, check the in hand salary always not the salary packages as it includes many like TA, DA, mediclaim, insurance, HRA, food coupons, etc.

Finance and HRM dual specialization would have labor laws, industrial relations and financial markets and analysis subjects. The syllabus would be vast. So, decide after checking the syllabus of the above colleges and then make a choice.
