For pursuing MBA in Foreign universities and college. (Mainly USA, CANADA, SPAIN, fRANCE, SINGAPORE)

I got 88, 66, 61.4 % in 10,12 & be respectively and i am still a fresher considering i score well in exams like GMAT, IELTS, TOEFEL am i eligible to apply in foreign B schools and universities ? If yes what are the things to do to apply ? Also are there any scholarships available ? Thanks.
