    Hi
    b.tech, b.sc in computers are the best options to go in for research in computing field as you may pursue msc or m.tech in CS later. Physics will be little diversified option.

    According to your interest that's research in computer than you would choose B.tech , M.tech and than pursue P.hd programme and even you can go with the Bsc computer degree.
