For starting a cyber cafe in about 5 years. what basic knowledge/diplomas are required to be acquired.

I am retiring in 5 years. I need to improve my computer knowledge to run a cyber care. I prefer part-time, distant learning and capsule courses which can be completed during spare time. Can you suggest any?
