For studying in Germany is it necessary to compulsory learn language here.couldn't I learn it in Germany after arrival.?
I am pursuing b-tech final year and wish to do my masters in transportation design there.

It is always better to learn basics of language before going to Germany. You may learn advanced language there. English could help, but Germany is a non-english speaking country.

It is not necessary to learn German for studying in German University.
Many Universities in Germany offer Variuous Engineering Programs Totally in English Language.
But It is advisable to you to have some basic knowledge of german Language for your Social life and Stay In Germany.
